Payment Terms

Payments Terms:-
• Payment is accepted via PayPal, Bank Deposit/Transfer, Money Order or Cheque. We also offer Lay-by.
• Your order will be sent upon full receipt of payment.
• Unpaid Orders will be returned to stock after 14 days.
• Please ask us any questions prior to purchasing.

Payments Options:-
• Payment can be made by the following options only.

PAYPAL
• Secure payments via PayPal from your linked Bank Account or Credit Card.
• If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to set one up, please visit www.paypal.com.au.

DIRECT DEPOSIT/BANK TRANSFER
• DIRECT DEPOSIT: Bank Details will be emailed to you in a separate email to your invoice. Should an error occur, please email us and we will re-send them.
• INTERNET TRANSFER: Please use an identifying reference such as your surname & order number when transferring your payment.
• BRANCH DEPOSITS: Please use an identifying reference such as your surname & order number when depositing your payment.
• Please DO NOT round up or down your payment amount! Unique amounts help to identify your payment.
• Please email us when you have made a payment so we can look out for it.
• Payments can take 2-4 business days to appear in our account

MONEY ORDER / CHEQUE
• Please make cheques & money orders payable to Petrina Oakley
• Please post to 9 Casuarina Court, Highfields, Qld, 4352.
• Cheques can take 3-5 working days to clear.
• Please email us to advise when it has been sent, so we can look out for your payment in the post.

LAY-BY: Our terms are 20% deposit with 6 fortnightly payments. We do prefer lay-bys to be paid for by direct deposit however if this is not possible Paypal, cheque of money order is fine.
